Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.)

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at global@anbio.kr. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
